Gone are unhappier days like yesterday
Sadden eyes cry for no more goodbyes
Briefly passing and yet, never lasting
This way once, we are all simply passing

Music was the thing and the joy it brings
Times shared beyond and forwarded through my fractal reality
Memories live on, long after we are gone
Never forgotten, as long as your name resides on someone's lips

The pleasure, beyond measure, was all mine
Such the occasion now pains my weeping eyes
Yet, still joy I find for such the time we spent elated

Taken places I have never imagined
For new memories are now saddened
Peaceful Journeys for you lays beyond the sky
This world long will never be the same, now that you are gone

You, a great source of inspiration
Talents abound such a sensation
Standing so proud and letting it all out
Never absent arguments indeed not reluctant

Into the sky flew a bluebird
A song was your flock and you, the mighty Shepard
Sadden eyes now cry on broken hearts
For I shall always say hello and never goodbye

The candle's flame went out the wind blew
I am so blessed to have known you
For a friend true, indeed you were to me
Journey peacefully, for we shall meet once again my friend
