Is it man’s fate
To be in a continual hate
Is it our nature
To be just a creature
Is it that we are merely wolves
To be a tool of death’s pull
Is it never-ending
To be an animal that is always offending

Or is it something else?

Is it that man’s fate
Is to be something great
Is it that we are men
So to give out an extended hand
Is it so that we extended love
So that those down can rise above

Animalistic above a friendly state?
That, as man is what we must reevaluate
