There are times when my life is run down,
When good thoughts and smiles can't be found
Its times like these that I need it the most,
The music inside of me that I hold so close.

I cannot fully express the emotions I feel,
When the music takes hold, my heart turns to steel
My emotions turn musical, I see lyrical quote,
And my whole body is literally "Feeling In Note"

Holding on dear to my musical piece,
Gives my whole body rhythm and tensions release.
When sadness develops and I have nowhere to turn,
I pick up my passion and I hold it so firm.

There is so much sorrow, that we see in the land,
It could be overcome easily with what's in my hand.
I could play a simple note, a rhythm or beat.
And the sadness and sorrow would retreat in defeat.

Life is so simple when music plays a part,
It soothes the mortal soul and wraps round your heart.
I must tell you this now, to keep my feeling afloat,
And get you to try "Feeling in Note"
