Are feelings and love one and the same, or is it the mind
just playing a game?
How do we go from one relationship to another
Or is it a spell that we're under.
I write about love with just ease and yet I never really felt t.
They say love is when you can't get a person out of your mind
But it is something which is hard to find.
We may have feelings for other people and so much in common
But it doesn't make your heart beat a little faster and this is
Not what you're after.
We all look for a fairytale love sent to us from GOD above.
Something that will make you feel like you're floating on air
As they look in your eyes and know they care,
When they are feeling the same as you then you know
That love is true,
We use the word " love" so freely as when you are saying
Good bye to someone you say " love you" or when you
See something that attracts your attention you say
" oh I love this" not " I like this" or ' I love this color.
I love this blouse, I love this picture - these are all likes
Not love. Then is there a difference between feelings
And love? Who is to say! Love can come in many a way.
So we will continue our search until our search is thru
When two hearts can say " I love and found the best in you."
