Fight Poem by Toni Frye

Fight

Roses are yellow.
violets are blue.
If i didn't have you i wouldn't know what to do, My love you shouldn't refuse.
The sky is grey.
The grass is green.
And we are some where in between.
The night is dark.
The day is light.
The life we live shouldn't be a fight.
The ocean is blue.
The grass is green.
We don't have to be so dam mean.
The storm is wicked.
The sky is black.
Can't you take three steps back.
