Final Call (Couplet) Poem by Cynthia Buhain-baello

Final Call (Couplet)

A passing day like an autumn leaf, falls
From the tree of Time and marks the Age that calls.

The ticking of the clock tells what we face
The Fate of all flesh, the end of our days.

Where Destiny wears the cloak 'Forever'
As we cross that door to comeback never,

The winter chills of Fear may make us see
Live well this life to rest eternally.
