Five Liners-1-5 Poem by Indira Renganathan

Five Liners-1-5

Rating: 5.0

1 I wish
To avoid every sad morrow
To escape from a place
Where a noisy cell phone
Making life much deadly
I wish I am a sparrow

2 He's Watching
Some wish to thrive on self earnings
Some wish to thrive on others' earnings
Though exceptions are there well balanced
However some say 'recluse we are'
Whatever kind it be, sure He's watching

3 Mask
Situations in life are many
Situational masks too are many
But one thing not to be masked
At instance any at all..that's
Honesty-mask at instance any

4 The Spirit Of Squirrel
The way he sustains his squeaks
In a long breath is surprising
Somewhat fifty and more counts
I am amazed and to practise mine
In one long breath dies in breaks

5 Love
I know it's fire so not to touch
But you're like the lily in the pond
Cool like the moon under the moon
Love touched my heart and I held it
Forgot it's fire, so not to touch
