*! Floral! Ecstacy! *
We laid in a bed of rose
Lush velvety roses of red
We forgot the cruelties of
This world
The black roses that wished
To keep us away
like twisted vines
We lay in each others embrace
Making memories
Holding nothing at bay
We bloomed like sunflowers
Following the moon
Danced in the presence
Of stars
Like falling lapis lazulis
We climbed the fall
And sighed out in
Remembrance of pleasure
And pain
The rosebushes thorns
Danced on our lips
Like bellatrix
A narcotic blend
To the heart
We laid in our bed
Of drunken wine grapes
And once more began
The floating dance
Of river lilies
And roses pink
Like a babes blush in
Lent
