For I Have Spoken Poem by My Lady Eagle

For I Have Spoken

Rating: 4.0

It was obvious
That I didn't understand
For I have spoken.

She, with those eyes that glitter
And the glimmer that she left with every word
Are confessions I have ignored.

How can I be so shallow?
I think of her so deeply
That it's getting hard for me to breathe.

But now I feel it in me;
The leaving-look she left me.
I could have just kissed her
And that could have said it all;

But it was obvious
That I didn't understand
For I have spoken.

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

Why a man should love only a woman? Why love always generates mechanically kiss and kiss? These are very stale ideas. Love poems do not always mean the mingling of the body.. Is speaking at all necessary for love? So why repent not speaking, my dear poet? Dont be angry. Plz read some of my love poems... and put ur angry comments if u want.. Let me confess that I enjoyed reading your poems....
