Resolute to make a resolution
Firm in conviction to convict
Committed to make a strong commitment
Predictions of things we should predict
Setting stakes so we can pull them
Promising promises intended to break
And, we do this, why, to torture ourselves?
No, we do this all for the New Year's sake!
