Forbidden Fruit Poem by Gil Valiente

Forbidden Fruit

Rating: 5.0

My sorrow Is too grand
My taste buds are so bland
My stomach Is a mess
My heart Is broken I guess

It began so innocently
Our feelings grew so fondly
It's so hard to comprehend
To have her solely as a friend

It would be divine
To make her mine
We both do realize
There Is no compromise

There would be cause to celebrate
Only If they were to separate
That would be selfish of me
To wish that upon anybody

But I cannot see her anymore
Cause She Is already spoken for

Damn.
