The wind of change never stops blowing, And the ones we love never stop going, But I’m a fool so I’ll keep on growing, Forever coming closer To you.
One day we’ll say we passed the test, And maybe we’ll look back and regret, But life’s too short to always be correct, Forever finding out What’s true.
They say some things we’ll never know, And that life’s just a big circus show, All we inherit are the debts we owe, Forever without A clue.
I admit that I’d like you to stay, Even if it’s for only one day, But the devil intends to take you away, Forever demanding His due.
So I guess this is goodbye for now, But I suppose I’ll see you around, Because the world’s not such a big town, Forever going further From you.
