Forget
tomorrow is another day
without you in my life
forget what happened today
promise you will live to see another day
with or without me
hurt and pain were my weakness
feeling sorry for myself was my kindness
loving you was my strength
pity was my virtue
scars line my heart and arms
wishing they could cause me more harm
i'm not worth the fight
just turn around and take flight
