Forgotten Epitaph Poem by Amy Fifita

Forgotten Epitaph

Beneath the rooted grass,
Buried before the stones,
Sit forgotten Live their skeletons alone.
In memories ofs
Lay waiting to be clean,
Moss grows carelessly,
As if they'd notbeen seen.
'We will not forget you'
'Love makes you survive'
Forgotten epitaphs
Unvisited by lives.
The cemetery is empty,
I visit there alone,
No family or friend,
Visit loved ones homes.
