Fortunate And Lucky Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Fortunate And Lucky

I thought 'I am wonderful human'
Well settled and wealthy man
Rich and bestowed with abundance
The parents were wealthiest by chance

I was born with silver spoon
People said' I had blessings of moon'
The good stars coincided with birth
I was o be luckiest child on earth

I was under care of many servants
Everything was just before me and present
I came up with lots of new things
The world was near to me for anything

As I grew with age
I could not use
All means as if it looked useless
I did not want to make mad chase

I saw real happiness
On their face
And realized how important was it to be blessed?
I could think and peace was easily traced

I have decided to donate
Some amount till date
For the welfare of poor and needy
I feel so much fortunate and lucky
