Four Seasons Poem by maan arcana

Four Seasons

Rating: 4.5

I still remember that springtime we met,
When leaves were growing while you're messing with my head.
Then summer came passing and it's time we part
But you weren't forgotten here in my autumn heart.

I'll wait till winter but I'm filled with doubt
For leaves are falling as time swept past.
Winter is coming, I'll forget you by then;
It's time for new beginnings and I'll be warm again.

I'll be waiting for another, another spring to come
Though it seems you're staying I'll be hoping you're gone.
For my four seasons of love I hate to break it
But I can't spend my year-round, just for you, to wait.
