It knows no boundary
As it is necessary too
To reach out the people
And understand their struggle

No problem is such big
That can not be solved with easy dig
It needs amicable approach
A step in right direction as such

Communicate freely and circulate
With whatever skill you have to relate
Open the mind and give enough access
You may find lots of space to face

It is essential to know people
Their approach, thinking and pain
They need some one’s hand over head
To project inner voice and to be read

Free exchange of views makes it possible
The solution for ending struggle is visible
The understanding of view points is appreciated
The situation is staved off from being vitiated

Love to put discordant note if necessary
The opinion may differ and always vary
Try to make it not simple habit to criticize
Sometimes silence is best method to oblige
