Free Like A Bird Poem by Anna Christine

Free Like A Bird

I died today..
Was ripped to pieces, then thrown on the ground.
I suffered. I weeped.

I cried today..
Because no one cares
I was shattered like glass.
I yelled. I screamed.

I will hide today.
If I show my face.. I will regret it.
I am a shadow in the corner,
I climb. I race.....

I Race away from all the troubles that worry my heart. That worry my soul.
I am as quick as lighting.
I run. I scram.

To the country I run.
Where there are no boundries.
Where I can be free and be.. Me
No fences. No rules.

I am free once again. Free to roam and sing. No one can tell me what to do. No one can yell at me. No one to torture me.. I am free.. Free like a bird...

I am free like a bird
I am FREE
FREE like a BIRD! !
