“Freedom is my birth right”
I shall have it and fight for it
Lokmanya tilak* roared with demand
People were in revolt and it was real stand
Even though, many powers were at the height
Entire world was under their feet
It was impossible to go against
And make demand or insist
Many were baton charged and bitten
This was happening often
People were facing repression
It was almost met with no permission
Some of the countries were fortunate
They had bloodless freedom to relate
Enjoy and rejoice with no more yoke
Freedom is nowadays become joke
Some of the trouble spots are still there
People loose life and live under fear
Some of the people still believe in bloodiest conflicts
“Ignorance about others right exist” still appear with hostile acts
• Lokmanya Tilak.. Freedom fighter from India
It is everywhere, faux freedom, a mere illusion, but the one way we can all be set free? Is through our mind's eye and spirituality~(luv this write, beautiful, damning, unsettling but beautiful) 48 minutes ago by EmberSkye | Reply
