We promised to be friends forever
But when I remember the very beginning of all
I cant help it
I keep thinking that you’ll break the rule like you did before
Leave me alone
Let me carry on without you
Cause I don’t feel safe
No I don’t feel safe when I’m around you

Feeling safe is very important in interpersonal relationships. When it is absent it shows that trust is not present or being challenged.This poem speaks to many relationships in which trust has been eroded. Good write.
