Gauging Poem by linda jenkinson

Gauging

Rating: 5.0

Run your thumb along my jugular
Your finger along my spine
Lest I forget
The size of a perfect sky.

As soon as your hand touches me
I want to be in a desert
Gauging distances.

Had a re-think about this ne Linda....How about, Run your blade along my jugular, Your bayonet along my spine. Lest I forget the size of sutures, And sterilised dressings. Only joking...Hope you had a great Chrissy. Oh and a better than average new year, Sid xxxx
