Gaza, My Heart Bleeds For You Poem by Dr Shamim Ali

Gaza, My Heart Bleeds For You

Gaza, My Heart Bleeds for You
Gaza, my heart bleeds for you, it's true,
For the children suffering, the pain they've been through.
Innocence lost, in a world so unkind,
In the shadows of conflict, their dreams left behind.
I pray day and night.
َﺼْﺮٌ ﻣِّﻦ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﻭَﻓَﺘْﺢٌ ﻗَﺮِﻳﺐٌ
I can't see children dying, it tears at my soul,
In a land where despair takes its heavy toll.
Their laughter silenced, their smiles worn thin,
In the midst of chaos, a battle to win.
I pray day and night.
َﺼْﺮٌ ﻣِّﻦ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﻭَﻓَﺘْﺢٌ ﻗَﺮِﻳﺐٌ
But in the midst of darkness, a flicker of hope,
In the hearts of the resilient, they bravely cope.
For every child's tear, a wish to come true,
In Gaza, my heart bleeds, and I weep for you.
I pray day and night
َﺼْﺮٌ ﻣِّﻦ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﻭَﻓَﺘْﺢٌ ﻗَﺮِﻳﺐٌ
In the face of adversity, their spirits stand strong,
In the midst of destruction, they still belong.
Let's stand with Gaza, extend our hand,
For a world where children in peace may stand
I pray day and night
َﺼْﺮٌ ﻣِّﻦ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﻭَﻓَﺘْﺢٌ ﻗَﺮِﻳﺐٌ.
Gaza, my heart bleeds for you, my dear,
For the pain, the suffering, and the fear.
May the day come when children can play,
In a land of peace, where hope finds its way.
I pray day and night
َﺼْﺮٌ ﻣِّﻦ ﺍﻟﻠَّﻪِ ﻭَﻓَﺘْﺢٌ ﻗَﺮِﻳﺐٌ
