Girls Are No Animals Poem by Fawole Immanuel Taiwo

Girls Are No Animals

Woe on the 'compoop
Who has thought of the girls
As a lower animal.
A male chauvinist—
That I perceive you are.

The nation of the girls—
That in its right bears sovereignty.
Its pillar pillars the world
And the savor the nation dispenses—
That is to no measure.

Oh ye 'compoop!
Reply me this enquiry—
'If the girls are animals,
Can you declare you mother's stand? '
But a sage I'm sure she was.

With the voice of Biology—
Man is animal,
Owing to his physique
As being vertebrate.
A boss to the lower ones.

If I style a girl a lower animal؛
What shall become my spouse?
My achievement,
Or my assets?
Latters are incomplete when a girl is void.

If a girl should be a lower animal—
Then I must be one.
And if a sage—
I should be one likewise.
The girls, my stand.
