He cried, I fell bad for him
He made the biggest mistake of his life; I forgave him like God said
I know that the evil was inside of him
Because he didn't mean to say all of those words
He didn't want to hurt us, including you too
He regret of what he did, or even what he said
He wants to apologize to someone
Someone that mean a lot to him
But too bad she didn't want to believe him
Because, she didn't want to trust him
However, it is not really my problems
I want to trust him and her at the same time
Because I know that everyone make mistakes
Even animals
I know how he feels, because I walked in his shoes
And I feel what they were feeling
All the pain, worries and sorrows
I even feel they cries and imagine tears in they eyes
I know that he will not say those words
Ever again in his life
Because I gave him a second chance
And I know that he will not blow it, like candles
Life is all about giving second chances, because
That what make life, a beautiful place to live in
With no enemies

Hi Gloria - A nice moving 'Free Verse' Poem straight from your loving heart - it reads well and is easy to recite (at a poetry reading) because of the neat way you have laid it out! . I have scored you a FULL TEN. What does your poem tell us about You - Forgivness - Human Nature and Empathy (good word!) .
In life we all make mistakes - 'He made the biggest mistake of his life! ' 'He regrets it - He wants to apologize'. I love your line 'I forgave him like God said'. Without repentance and forgiveness we cannot heal hurts we cannot move forward. You are lovely and you really really empathise with him. 'I know how he feels - I walked his shoes - I feel waht they were feeling - All the pain all the sorrows' - Awesome its wonderful to feel and absorb the pain of others - to bring healing and reconcilliation (good word!) . 'Because I gave him a second chance'. I hope the recocilliation works and I know because you honour God you will always be there to support your friends and families in time of need - thank you - Poems like this lift all our hearts on a cold and chilly Decemeber Morning in the UK. this was a great poem very touching. i wish it was that easy cuz im in that situation right now and it hurts to no that u can never take back stupid mistakes.

I wish my ex-girlfriend was like that and would give me a second chance...I wasn't mean at the breakup, I was stupid...
