Glory Poem by Kumarmani Mahakul

Glory

Rating: 5.0

Glory means fame and honour
And many more like renown
Adoration and praise resplendent
Majesry or resplendent beauty
Magnificence, heaveny bliss or
Splendour and exalted
Or prosperous state.

In order to obtain glory
Many people often try their
Level best with great endurance,
If we will go through history
We can find many glorious events
Where emperors or kings or queens
Were anxious for bringing glories
To them and to their countries.

Glory knocks its own accord
At the doors of virtuous qualities
Like truthfulness, helpfulness,
Nonviolence, charity, and purity,
Moral chracter, tolerance, and ruth.
By eliminating agony, wrath and
Evil thoughts we can obtain glory.

Meditation or prayer to God
Can soothe the shaky minds
And can bring peace, bliss
Happiness and ablaze glories.

Glory must be achieved with noble actions. Beautiful message delivered through the poem.

Glory knocks its own accord at the doors of virtuous qualities, truthfulness nonviolence, , this only can be done by eliminating evil, these words are truth in the absolute sense, violence cannot be associated with glory, this is outstanding poem my friend, I wish there was higher mark than 10, this poem should be poem of the day.

Very good attempt Kumar....I have come across this kind of poem too though I have not attempted at it so far...I feel it would have been more better had you given the definition of it too...Glory knocks its own accord At the doors of virtuous qualities...preaching words....thank you Kumar...God bless you....also thanks for all your kind comments on my poems.
