Go, Go Away Poem by Samantha Ashley

Go, Go Away

Go, go away, away from me.
I possess none of what you seek
though I wish I did.
I wish I could find a fire lit within me,
a beacon to guide your weary ship.
I so long to be an isle fruitful in love.
Alas my shores are desolate, no desire awaits you here.
So unto you I say go, go softly into the heart of another.
