Go Sleppa Sleppa Poem by Linda I. Weischedel

Go Sleppa Sleppa

Here I am just sitting in the chair,
Here I am just looking at the wall beginning to stare,
Here I am just seeing the room as empty & bare.
I'm not sitting in a chair, I'm on the floor,

I'm not looking a the wall, I'm looking at the door,
I'm NOT seeing this room as empty & bare,
because I am neither here, or neither there.

YO, check-it, word-up,
there is no need to rhyme,
why,
because it
IS
Sleppa-Sleppa time!
