God Is The Definer

God is the definer of just what sin is
The law as the standard thereof
He wrote on our heart's and on our mind's
The law is the derivative of love
For God made the law a schoolmaster
To bring us unto the Lord
That's how important the Bible is
It's the law according to God's Word

The law is like the links of a chain
They're strong when it is attached
But remove one link and you know the results
Their strength is diminished quite fast
And so it is with us my friend
By the law we're not justified
For all have sinned and fallen short of God's glory
That truth cannot be denied

Jesus Christ came to fulfill the law
And fulfill the law He sure did
For not one sin was found in Him
And He's become our living Head
The prophetic Word of Him was satisfied
As prophet, as priest, and as King
By fulfilling the demands of the law as such
He became our everything!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
