Going Nowhere Fast Poem by Ikari No Mae

Going Nowhere Fast

Where are we headed?
In the end don't we all die?
I've figured this out by now, why can't everyone else.
Nobody is going to live forever, so why rush through life.
Take the time to sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride you were given.
You never know when the day you die is coming.
The only thing I can tell you is it's getting closer.
Because with every day, you get older.
And with age eventually comes death.
So, where are you going?
You're going nowhere fast.
And if you don't slow down, you just might leave before it's planned.
Take some time, because someone is dying to be with you right now.
And you never know who you would love.
So take the chance and ask them.
You won't die.
Cause we're all going nowhere fast.
