My head aches
My heart breaks
Time is ticking
Thoughts are running
You are gone
Really gone
Not coming back
It must be me
I am free
But feel not
Why can’t you see?
You mean everything
My best friend
Where are you?
You never reply
It must be me
Lost and gone
My heart is
You can’t have it
I won’t give it
Moving on
That I am
You mean nothing
It isn’t me
