Gone too far

I found him
totally mesmerizing in our team
with fresh outlook and smile
it was his simple style

I couldn't bear
but developed fear
will he desert me ever?
will he insult?

I couldn't resist the temptation
but insisted on the cordial relation
He was my prince charm
with elegant personality and full of storm

I will be happy in his arms
I dreamed and felt warmth
will he embrace and hug me tight?
I was yet to feel right

I stared in his eyes
with an earnest try
to please and invite
I had gone too far to ignite
