Good Day? Poem by Real Wordz

Good Day?

It's a good day?
I must have missed that.
For a man lays dead;
A fight fought in health..
Because cancer won yet.
A disease that is a hell.
Cure that eludes all men.
And a sentence of unknown fate.
It's a good day?
I must have missed that..
Amid cries of a people slain,
An abattoir with all the blood.
Soil soaked, bodies drained;
All for hate that's akin curse.
While the government wait;
For commissions to judge.
It's a good day?
I must have missed that.
For the air swells with death.
Kids scorched while locked up,
Away from their parents mad,
Their parents questioned asked.
Against remedial lessons banned.
And teachers that earn off of that
It's a good day?
I must have missed that.
Between my lost gaze
And greedy flagrance so far.
Parliament reeks of shameless musk;
Honorable? I spit in disgust.
Till the day gluttons peel off the mask.
And we get leaders without deep guts.

when all the people of this world have free access to basic human rights and the systematic rape of the planet ceases? I feel physically ill (in a good way) after reading this poem. It really got me thinking! ! !
