Good Time Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Good Time

How can you even think?
When we had vowed to sink
Or swim together
That was our sincere offer

I have moved all along
And chosen path whether right wrong
I shall never leave
Even you had wrongly believed

Why are we talking of flesh and body?
Was it only attraction to become touch?
I think not
It was never sought

It might have remained to some extent
But I feel bad at present
The decision by you is some what incorrect
I shall not appreciate the act

You shall never be able to
Forget my love and pass through
Another good time
This may trouble you many more times
