Gradual Change Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

Gradual Change

Rating: 5.0

I witnessed gradual change in body
Even though it was concern of nobody
I felt it so sweet and dreamt of unusual things
To be near with some one and enjoy something

My throat thickened little
The voice too became hard to settle
The mustache lines appeared on face
I was loosing my childhood trace

I could speak no one about my feelings
I was getting some unique inkling
The friends of opposite gender were appealing
I liked closeness and resorted to dealing

I had no restriction in childhood
All girls were freely paying with me from neighborhood
Now they have started keeping some distance
As it might have been told by their parents at once

My muscles are growing stronger and getting massive look
I loved to become athlete and tried to be impressive in book
Complete body with manhood appearance was sole motive
I was choosey and tried to be selective

Well, I am now being surrounded by friends
Friends from all groups and I love to send
Season's wishes and festivals greetings
Get more and more offers for frequent meetings

I never imagined young age may be so much enterprising
Lovely heights to pick up and lot many things greatly surprising
Blood run at fast space to perform something new
To let people know about it and have fresh view

I am dashing young man now and ready to launch
My ideas into execution and new avenues to search
It would remain with me till I get tired of the mission
Life is now very much clear with no scope for confusion

Young age is something like jet plane
Everything is to be finished with plan
No chance is to be taken for even slight failure
Age is no bar but this age is making everything sure
