The greatness of Mahatma we love
We remember for a bright future
To correct ourselves from mistakes
The greatness was not a day"s effort
It was on principles, judgements,
Looking to the masses poverty stricken
The way was non violence, truth and justice
No ill will or enmity to any one
The world he lived knew him better
His was a success story, for freedom
His sacrifice is not futile, we reiterate.
