Grief Poem by Ray Hansell

Grief

Grief can be so funny
One day you'll cry
The next day you'll laugh
But in a matter of time
Grief will surely pass

Then we remember the memories
The one's that made us smile
In a moment of remberence
We're happy for a while

But as time passes on
We all learn to cope
Remembering the good times
That's what brings us hope

That's what you bring to me
Each and every day
I'm so happy when I remember
The love you brought my way
