Rating: 4.8

Grief springs from nowhere
One minute you are fine the next minute its there
Then the pain and sorrow begins again
Dear God when will this end?

Joy and grief are two sides of same coin, in my opinion, and both co-exist. It is the positive or negative approach towards life that brings forth one of them making it a companion and other the pal. Thanks for sharing.

When we least expect it, our mind stirs up sad memories that saturate our whole being. It won't end until we take our last breath. Your poem is a stark reminder of this.
