Happiness within

Happiness lies within
and can be easily seen
it emanates as true reflection
for all the noble actions
if heart is as pure as water
and caters
the need of all close persons
there is reason to feel
if you cause a tension
to any other human being
you shall never be at an ease
it shall never generate peace
happiness is an outcome
when everybody welcomes
your kind gesture and noble deeds
it enlightens you with happiness
hated or ill will destroys
all happiness and causes annoyance
that shall never bring back happiness
but only cause stress

I have really developed obession with your poem. Your creation intends to inspire us to live a meaningful life full of bliss. The criteria and method that you have incited to enlighten life and perceive happiness, sound so fruitful for me.
