Happy Birthday

A phrase we all long to hear
What makes it better is it comes once a year
And on this day
Those words are reserved for you
In hopes they make you smile which will make me smile too
I look forward to next year
On this very same day
To tell you happy birthday
Hoping to see a smile on your beautiful face
This is my wish for each and every year
To see you smile
Not just on you're birthday
But everyday
