Hate That I Love You. Poem by Lisa Kramer

Hate That I Love You.

I hate that I love you,
Hate how you make my heart pound,
That I'm stuck on you like glue,
And when you talk I'm so dumbfound.

It's crazy how you make me feel,
No matter how hard I try it can't be hidden,
It all just seems so surreal,
That to you our love is forbidden.

You will never feel the way I do,
Never want me or love me,
Only because you don't want to,
But what keeps stopping you baby?

Is it because I'm not pretty enough,
Will I ever be enough for you?
It is just so rough,
Everything you put me through.

Getting over you is impossible,
It's never going to happen,
A never ending cycle,
Forever in action.
