I hate disrespect
In every form, in every manner,
No matter who it comes from
Or their stature,
And those that insult our Country
Or for that matter
Any country where they live,
By denigrating the Flag
Or taking knees like squatters
Don't deserve to be here
But should go far away
Find a lowly place,
As low as they're, cowardice!
Where their Venom they can splatter.
A very powerful and incisive poem. Very patriotic and inspiring. I concur with all the words of the great Poetess, a great citizen of a.country worthy of emulation. Your country and its citizens must be so proud of you. A great poem masterfully penned.
cowardice! As low as they're, Where their Venom they can splatter. //// O' I have no hate; I'm full of love head to toe wrapped with love if you disrespect me I feel honored cause I think either I'm not right person of your valuable knowledge or I'm unable to understand your respect displaying sense; though others think that you o' dear (all) disrespect me yet I feel honored cause I have no hate, I'm full of love
To be patriotic, sometimes means you must speak out against the injustices and dangers your government is causing and committing. We mistake country, for nationalism all the time, and when this happens we must try and find way back because ones country and government are not one and the same. Respect doesn't mean be silent, but instead, investigate, demand change when needed, try to not let that flag become an ugly symbol of what your country stand for now. Inspiring Poem.
Splattering disrespect to one's country is abhorrent to all good citizens. We belong in a democracy, respect others. So true, I agree.
