Feel your freedom in mind-body chain
Enjoying transcendental euphoria

Gain a fit-body with polished mind
Your balanced body with sharp intellect
In no other culture you would find
Such precise kind of science behind

Immerse yourself to feel jubilation

Yoga started in time immemorial
And been detailed in Vedanta culture
As an integral of Eternal-Dharma*
Becoming a part of medical Ayurveda
