Heaven Poem by Savannah Allison

Heaven

Rating: 4.4

Heaven, where the streets are made of gold,
Heaven, where you never age or grow old,
Heaven, where lifes secrets unfold,
Heaven, where the secrets are told,

Heaven, where flowers grow wild,
Heaven, once again your a child,
Heaven, the weathers always warm and mild,
Heaven, where wings lay open in piles,

Heaven, where we are free,
Heaven, cant you see?
Heaven, its for you and for me,
Heaven, when we are free.

Sounds like a song from an old Wizard of Oz cartoon show: The streets are paved with gold, /And no one ever grows old, / In a wonderful land called the World of Oz. Not worthy of the poem of the day.

Nice poem. Congrats on Poem of the day. I would suggest you make it even better by fixing a few minor errors so that it looks like this: Heaven, where the streets are made of gold, Heaven, where you never age or grow old, Heaven, where life's secrets unfold, Heaven, where the secrets are told, Heaven, where flowers grow wild, Heaven, once again you're a child, Heaven, the weather's always warm and mild, Heaven, where wings lie open in piles, Heaven, where we are free, Heaven, can't you see? Heaven, it's for you and for me, Heaven, when we are free.
