Heavenly Wish
Another birthday envelope sealed with a waiting card
To celebrate this day without you has left my heart truly scarred
How I long to see your loving arms receive
Your wings grew strong and flew further than you would believe
It hurts to the core knowing I can't give you a birthday kiss
I'm blessed to have been loved by a beautiful angel who I sadly miss
Heaven is truly lucky to have such a remarkable woman share her special day
No matter where you are roaming, your memory will be with me until I fade away
