Is speaking in tongues
These waves are coming
Coming in
In a fury

No more illusions

Here are the waves
Coming in
In a rage

These waves have come
To charm the rocks

No more sense
In the ocean's speech
Just a wilderness
Of sounds and tunes
Scraps of a strange poetry

No more illusions

Here are the waves
They have come
To pet the rocks
In a rage
In a fury
And
- most important of it all -
With no illusion
Left
Alive
