His Name Is The Beast Poem by Noah Body

His Name Is The Beast

He is a part of you
Yet he's separate too

His fingers are entwined
Ever so deep in your mind

Your soul he devours
All the day's long hours

On your heart does he schitte
He doesn't respect it

He makes you live alone
Feeling you have to atone

For wrongs imagined and real
No matter how you may feel

Yourself you will hate
Right out of the gate

He fills you with despair
Even though it's not fair

Loss of all hope is his game
And no it never was tame

In torment he would see you
In your tears he takes joy too

You will cry out for the peace of hell
And plead that you never will tell

Forever are you damned
No you haven't been scammed

Of him there is no way to be rid
Once off Pandora's box is the lid

His name is the beast
And on you he will feast
