History Maker Poem by Gamel Issaku

A maker of history,

is not a forger of a story.

One seeking to do the extraordinary!

Discovering a great mystery,

through pain and misery.


Though the smallest of the seeds in the granary.

But seeking a reward for his discovery,

he rises to the top in the nursery.

To him success is for all and sundry.

An immense fate vehemently inscribed in his memory.

With no money not even one denarii.

But great shall be honorary!


For he starts his journey not with a salary.

But with a properly scheduled plan in his diary.

He started right from January.

And when he shall finally display his legendary,

And have his pictures displayed in the world's gallary.

Then shall he find rest, for then has he made HISTORY.
