Home Sweet Home Poem by Rachael LoudFingers

Home Sweet Home

Went into this town
With but one foot to skip
Strolled along these streets
With but one eye to see
Entered this school
With but half a brain to think
Took part among the flowers
With but one nostril to smell
Met new lovely friends
With but one hand to shake
Danced in this nightclub
With but one breast to flaunt
Called mom on this payphone
With but half a voice to scream

Half of me is always home
and its certainly not a dream
