Hope Lingers Poem by Joyce Hemsley

Hope Lingers

Chill breezes may well pass away
But still the day will be dark and grey
Because I am missing one loyal hand
Guiding me to love's wonderland...
I ponder why he was taken so soon
On that sad night of the August moon
Hopefully 'all' was carefully planned,
And we'll love again in the After-land.
