The daughters and the son of my son!
I am around you, serving and pleasing
At the cost of my pride and convenience.
It's an investment for the mercy to acrue;
The mercy of you and your parents
To feed me when I go invalid
To nurse me when I am bed ridden
And to see me off in a smooth sailing.
You may fail but I've no alternative.
This is the fate of every human

very sad, but true! but the westerners have evolved from this cycle of tortures and pleasures, as they don't have to depend on the children for geriatric care, as they are either insured or protected by the state law....When we do that, would we break our cultural chain?
